I have lived at 160 Mount Pleasant Road for the past 6 years.  It has been so great to have a local rental option and as the Brewer/co-founder at Woodstock Brewing I don’t know if I could find a better location to live as we started this business.  I wish there were more rentals like this available as I know a lot of our staff has to travel far to come to work and I think local businesses would really grow if we had more reasonable housing rentals in the area.

The building is always clean and if there are any issues with anything the owners are very quick to come up with a solution.  I feel very safe and have met some great people that also live and have lived in the building.  

I would recommend this building to anyone looking for a clean, safe and beautiful spot to live.

This weekend marks two years that I’ve had the privilege of living at 160 Mount Pleasant Road. I initially planned to stay for only three months but it’s been such a pleasure to live here that I haven’t wanted to say goodbye! The area itself is beautiful and peaceful, and the building is a gem. Each apartment is thoughtfully remodeled and contains new modern appliances and amenities with spacious floor plans and lots of windows for lovely natural light. The owners always take precautionary measures to ensure the safety and comfort of their residents before an issues could even occur. Any concerns are met with immediate and helpful action and there is very clear and swift communication. I could not have asked for a better place to live these last couple of years, and the attention and care put into the management of the building has made it even better

Apartments at 160 Mt. Pleasant Rd. in Mt Tremper, NY are lovely. I especially enjoy having hard wood floors and the convenience of a washer and dryer in the apartment, something as good as gold when you live in a rural area
