Building much needed housing in the neighborhood
Goals
Our goal is to build 6 one bedroom units and 1 two bedroom unit conveniently located on Route 28. We’d like to provide housing options for locally employed people to live within a short commute to work and so retired people can continue to live in and enjoy everything the area has to offer.
The Neighborhood
Route 28 offers many options for short-term rentals and hotel-type lodging nearby. However, it’s lacking options for people who work in the neighborhood or who are looking to start local businesses. We have a proven track record providing housing opportunities for employees of favorite local businesses including The Emerson, Woodstock Brewery, and Bread Alone to name a few.
